The units of dosing and preparation of BDPR reagents are designed for the metered injection of liquid demulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors into the pipeline of the field oil transportation and treatment system in order to carry out oil demulsification inside the pipeline, as well as to protect pipelines and equipment from corrosion.

The BDP consists of:
  • version 1 - technological (explosion-proof In-la) compartment and hardware (general industrial version) compartment;
  • version 2 - technological, combined with hardware (explosion-proof In-la) compartment;
  • version 3 - technological (explosion-proof In-la) compartment and control cabinet (for installation in premises of general industrial design).
The installation can be used in oil fields for dosing liquids that form an explosive mixture with air.
